Creative Design Specialist – Social Media & Advertising

About the role

AURIXXA, a growing marketing agency, is looking for a full‑time Creative Design Specialist focused on social media and advertising. The designer will turn marketing briefs into original, professional visual content for a variety of clients, avoiding template‑only or fully AI‑generated work.

Key responsibilities

• Create social media designs for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and others.
• Develop paid‑advertising creatives with clear messages and strong visual impact.
• Produce static posts, carousel posts, stories, covers, promotional materials, presentations and other digital assets.
• Adapt designs to required dimensions and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager, Content Strategist, Video Editor and Media Buyer, and ensure quality checks before delivery.

Required profile

• At least two years of professional graphic design experience, preferably three or more.
• Strong portfolio showcasing original work for multiple brands and industries.
• Ability to interpret marketing briefs and deliver effective visual concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication and teamwork skills.
• Capacity to manage several tasks and clients without compromising quality or deadlines.

What we offer

• On‑site work at the Royal Towers Mall, 6th of October City, Giza.
• Working hours 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, Saturday–Thursday, with Friday off.
• Initial monthly salary of EGP 10,000–15,000, reviewed after three months based on performance.
