Credit Control Manager – Regional (UAE, Egypt, Qatar, Bahrain)

About the role

Property Finder is seeking a Credit Control Manager to lead regional credit operations across the UAE, Egypt, Qatar and Bahrain. The role focuses on driving collection performance, reducing financial risk and supporting the company’s commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Credit Control activities for the four countries, ensuring alignment with commercial, finance, legal and operations teams.
• Review and resolve complex financial cases such as legal settlements, write‑offs, payment restructures, contract cancellations and security deposits.
• Develop and execute collection strategies and recovery action plans to minimise bad‑debt exposure.
• Prepare and present regular management reports covering collection performance, aging analysis, risk exposure and recovery status.
• Maintain strong client relationships to support retention while delivering commercially balanced recovery solutions.
• Coach, mentor and develop regional Credit Control teams to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in credit control, collections or related finance functions, with managerial responsibility.
• Proven ability to handle complex financial cases and drive operational performance.
• Strong analytical mindset and commercial focus.
