Customer Care Specialist – English Speakers

About the role

The Customer Service Specialist (English speakers) is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Qesm 1st New Cairo. You will handle incoming customer inquiries through phone and other channels, provide accurate information and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and messages across multiple channels.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Follow established procedures and document each interaction.
• Escalate complex cases to supervisors when necessary.
• Maintain excellent phone etiquette and support customer‑satisfaction initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets.
• Adhere to company standards and contribute to a consistent, positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Strong customer service and support abilities.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette with clear communication and active listening.
• Ability to work on‑site in New Cairo on a full‑time schedule.
• Previous experience in contact centres or similar roles is an advantage.
• Comfort using computer systems, CRM tools and following structured workflows.
• High reliability, attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
