Customer Growth & Retention Agent (Remote, English)

About the role

ZoomyRoom is a flat‑sharing platform seeking enthusiastic English‑speaking agents to drive user growth and retention. Working remotely from Egypt, you will act as a concierge, guiding new hosts through the onboarding process and ensuring their listings receive visibility.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and WhatsApp messages to users listing rooms on other platforms, encouraging them to download the ZoomyRoom app and activate their listings.
• Use the internal Admin Panel to create and maintain high‑quality listings, uploading accurate data and professional photos.
• Manage a personal pipeline of users, following up 3–7 days after onboarding to confirm they are receiving views and reviewing applications.
• Engage with relevant community groups on Facebook and Reddit to generate traffic and raise awareness of ZoomyRoom.

Required profile

• Near‑native spoken and written English.
• Persuasive, persistent attitude with a willingness to handle rejection.
• Detail‑oriented and able to transfer data accurately between platforms.
• Reliable internet connection, quiet workspace, and a zero‑flake approach to scheduled hours.
• At least one year of experience contacting US or UK citizens by phone.

• Hourly rate of $2.00 USD (approximately $340 per month) paid in USD.
• Performance‑based bonus up to $100 USD per month.
