Customer Retention Specialist – English (C1)

About the role

Intelcia Egypt is looking for motivated, articulate, and performance‑driven Customer Retention Specialists to join its specialized queue in Borg El Arab, Alexandria. The role acts as a brand ambassador, handling customer inquiries, resolving complex account challenges, and executing strategic retention efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls focused on customer account retention and satisfaction.
• Identify customer pain points and deliver tailored solutions to minimize churn.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and achieve key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Communicate product values and promotional offers to retain active accounts.

Required profile

• Advanced (C1) level proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to work on‑site at Silicon Waha, Borg El Arab, Alexandria.
• Strong negotiation, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service, call centers, or retention queues is a plus.
