iSchool is offering a Customer Support Chat Internship for individuals eager to gain hands‑on experience in the e‑learning sector. As a Chat Intern you will work with the support team to assist students, parents and educators via online chat, helping them navigate the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers through chat to answer questions and provide assistance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues on the e‑learning platform.
• Guide new users through the registration and onboarding process.
• Document interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support the team in maintaining a positive user experience.
• Participate in training sessions to deepen product knowledge.

Required profile

• Junior or senior university students, or recent graduates.
• Pursuing a degree in communication, education or a related field.
• Strong written English with clear, professional communication.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple tasks independently and in a team.
• Passion for education and helping others succeed.
