Customer Service Representative – Banking

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our banking support team. You will provide technical assistance to customers through phone, email and live chat, ensuring fast and accurate resolution of inquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional technical support to banking customers across multiple channels.
• Resolve customer inquiries, technical issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Guide customers through troubleshooting steps and provide clear instructions.
• Document all interactions, inquiries and resolutions accurately in the support system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to deliver the best possible support.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (B2‑C1 level).
• At least 6 months of experience in customer service.
• Graduate degree.
• Fully available for a full‑time position.
• Willingness to work 24/7 rotational onsite shifts.
