Customer Service Representative – C1 English, Rotational Overnight Shifts

About the role

This is a full-time, on-site C1 English Speakers Customer Service Representative role based in Qesm El Maadi. The CSR will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services in clear, fluent English.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and messages, providing accurate product and service information.
• Document interactions, update account details, and follow established procedures to meet quality and productivity targets.
• Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to escalate complex issues and ensure a consistent, positive customer experience.
• Work rotational overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, while maintaining reliable attendance.

Required profile

• Strong English communication skills at C1 level (speaking, listening, writing).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or communications is a plus.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, handle pressure, and maintain reliability.
• Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.

Required skills

• Experience using CRM or call‑center systems.
• Ability to navigate online tools and basic computer applications.
