Customer Service Representative – French Speaker

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is for a Customer Service Representative who will handle inbound and outbound inquiries in both French and English. The role involves communicating with customers via phone, email and chat, providing accurate product and service information, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in French and English across multiple channels.
• Resolve issues promptly while maintaining a courteous and professional tone.
• Document all interactions accurately in internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve the overall customer experience.
• Meet defined performance targets and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing abilities with a focus on satisfaction and experience.
• Fluent spoken and written French; good command of English.
• Excellent communication, active listening, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work on‑site in Qesm El Maadi and manage shift schedules.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education in business, languages, or related fields is a plus.

Required skills

• Comfort using CRM tools and basic computer applications.
