About the role
Join a fast‑growing team delivering Vodafone UK customer support from Egypt. This full‑time hybrid position combines office work in Giza and Alexandria with remote tasks, allowing you to assist customers daily while enjoying a flexible environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service to Vodafone UK customers via phone, email or chat.
- Handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through clear communication and problem‑solving.
- Document interactions accurately and follow up on open cases.
Required profile
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid setting in Giza or Alexandria.
