Customer Service Representative – TV Streaming & Telecom Support

About the role

Sutherland is hiring Customer Service Representatives for its New Cairo hub. The role involves handling customer inquiries for TV streaming services and providing technical support for telecom accounts. You will work in a fast‑paced, people‑first environment that encourages growth and internal promotion.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries via phone, chat or email for TV streaming and telecom services.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues, escalating when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow company procedures.
• Achieve performance targets, including KPI metrics.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a high‑quality customer experience.

Required profile

• Graduates or drop‑outs with a minimum B2 English proficiency (C1 preferred).
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to work night shifts (8 PM – 6 AM).
• Previous call‑center or technical support experience is a plus.
