About the role
Concentrix is seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join its Banking Customer Service team in Smart Village, 6th of October. The role is full‑time, on‑site and focuses on delivering professional assistance to banking customers while upholding the company’s service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer inquiries related to banking products and services.
- Resolve issues, complaints, and account‑related questions efficiently.
- Provide clear guidance on policies, procedures, and financial offerings.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update customer information.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service quality.
Required profile
- Graduates with at least 6 months of call‑center experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑focused approach.
- Ability to work in a team‑oriented, on‑site environment.
- Fluent written and spoken English (minimum B2 level); additional languages are a plus.
