Customer Service Specialist (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Specialist to manage individual and group bookings for adult and young learners in the New Cairo region. You will act as the primary point of contact, ensuring smooth communication, timely payments, and visa processing where required.

Key responsibilities

• Handle individual and group bookings via phone and email, meeting SLA targets.
• Follow up on sales leads, providing information and gauging interest.
• Maintain customer data using CLASS, Salesforce and other systems.
• Resolve issues and complaints promptly, escalating to line managers when necessary.
• Update sales teams on matters affecting client relationships.
• Develop strong relationships with counsellors and agents to position KLG as a preferred provider.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Work towards departmental and regional revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Languages & Translation, French Language or a related field (fresh graduates welcome).
• Fluent in spoken and written French.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑oriented with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts if required.
