Customer Service Specialist (French Speaker)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Service Specialist to join our team in New Cairo. You will be the primary point of contact for adult and young learners, handling bookings, inquiries and complaints through phone and email while ensuring a high level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Manage individual and group bookings for learners, ensuring timely payment and visa processing.
• Follow up on sales leads, provide information and support the sales pipeline.
• Maintain customer data using CLASS, Salesforce and other internal systems.
• Resolve issues and complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.
• Communicate updates to sales colleagues and keep them informed of client‑related issues.
• Develop strong relationships with agents and counsellors to position KLG as the preferred provider.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Contribute to departmental and regional revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Languages & Translation, French Language or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in French, both spoken and written.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional handling of customer inquiries and complaints.
• Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts if required.
