Customer Service Specialist – French Speaking

About the role

iQor is seeking a Customer Service Specialist who is fluent in French to join its Cairo team. This full‑time, on‑site position involves handling inbound customer inquiries through phone, email and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions while upholding iQor’s high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls, emails and chat messages in French and English.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic product or service issues, providing clear guidance.
• Document each interaction accurately in internal systems following defined scripts and processes.
• Escalate complex cases to senior team members or specialized departments when necessary.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors to achieve performance targets and share best practices.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (any discipline) with a strong desire to start a career in customer service.
• Fluent in French (minimum B2/C1 level) and able to communicate effectively in English.
• Excellent listening, empathy and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
• Familiarity with CRM or ticketing tools is a plus.
