About the role
Concentrix Egypt is looking for enthusiastic Customer Advisors who can communicate fluently in English. The position is full‑time and based onsite in the 6th of October area, offering a fast‑track entry for recent graduates.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions in English.
- Provide accurate information and resolve queries according to company guidelines.
- Adapt to rotational shift schedules, including night and overnight shifts.
Required profile
- Recent graduate (no prior experience required).
- Fluent English at B2 level or higher.
- Egyptian nationality.
- Immediate availability and flexibility for shift work.
