About the role
Join Nestlé Business Solutions as a Customer Service Specialist supporting the premium Nespresso brand. You will handle inbound voice calls, delivering high‑quality assistance to B2C customers while representing the brand’s values.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer calls, identify needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Strive for first‑contact resolution and elevate overall satisfaction.
- Manage complaints with empathy, turning feedback into service improvements.
- Advise customers on the full range of Nespresso products and services.
- Promote product benefits to spark interest and drive informed decisions.
Required profile
- 0‑2 years of experience in customer‑engagement services.
- Fluent English (C1 level) with excellent interpersonal communication.
- Strong multitasking, organizational and prioritization abilities.
- Positive mindset, eagerness to learn and collaborate in a fast‑paced environment.
