Customer Service Specialist – Transfer Support

About the role

RateHawk is seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join its Transfer Support Team. You will work remotely, assisting travel partners with online transfer bookings, handling changes, and resolving incidents to ensure smooth operations and satisfied clients.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process partner requests for online transfer bookings, order changes, and additional services via the CRM system.
• Advise partners throughout the booking lifecycle, from search to post‑booking modifications.
• Communicate with suppliers by email and phone to confirm and adjust bookings.
• Utilize internal databases and CRM tools efficiently to manage and track requests.

Required profile

• Upper‑intermediate English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Kind, empathetic, stress‑resistant, polite and responsible attitude.
• Quick learner with a results‑focused mindset.
• Reliable computer with microphone for remote work.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems.
• Familiarity with internal databases.
