About the role
Concentrix Egypt is seeking enthusiastic Customer Specialists to join its next batch of English‑speaking Customer Advisors. The role is full‑time and based onsite in New Cairo, supporting customers through various communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries in English, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Work rotational shifts, including night and overnight schedules, to provide continuous support.
Required profile
- Graduates only.
- Fluent English (minimum B2 level).
- Egyptian nationality.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including night and overnight.
- Ready to start immediately.
Required skills
- Proficiency in English (B2).
What we offer
- Gross salary of 20,000 EGP.
- Paid training program.
- Social and medical insurance.
- Transportation service after 9 PM for female employees (door‑to‑door).
- Full‑time onsite position in New Cairo.
