About the role
VOIS Egypt is looking for a Customer Support Agent to serve Vodafone UK customers. You will be the first point of contact, handling inbound phone calls and providing prompt, accurate solutions to inquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Answer customer calls in English and resolve queries efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and represent the company positively.
- Document interactions and follow up on open issues as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements.
Required profile
- Fluent English (C1 level) – mandatory.
- Egyptian nationality.
- Graduates or drop‑outs are welcome.
- Previous experience in an English‑language call centre is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Open to both male and female candidates.
