Customer Support Representative – French Speaker

About the role

InteLogix is seeking a French‑speaking Customer Support Representative to join its on‑site team in Qesm El Maadi. In this full‑time position you will interact with customers in French, handling both inbound and outbound communications to resolve inquiries and issues.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and place calls in French, providing accurate product and service information.
• Document each customer case and keep internal systems up to date.
• Follow established workflows to ensure timely and effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with teammates and supervisors, escalating complex cases when needed.
• Meet performance targets related to quality, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong spoken and written French proficiency, with solid English communication skills.
• Customer‑service mindset, active listening, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn CRM or contact‑center tools.
• Organizational attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
• Team‑oriented, reliable for on‑site work, and flexible for full‑time shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in communications or business is a plus.
