Cyber Security Instructor

About the role

DABS Security is seeking a full‑time Cyber Security Instructor to join its on‑site team in Cairo (and Alexandria). You will design and deliver hands‑on cybersecurity training for learners of varying experience levels, aligning content with the company’s proactive security philosophy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive course materials, labs, and assessments covering core security domains.
• Deliver classroom and lab sessions, demonstrating real‑world attack and defense techniques.
• Update training content to reflect emerging threats, tools, and industry best practices.
• Mentor learners, provide constructive feedback, and track progress.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure training relevance to client services.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, workshops, and outreach initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong background in cybersecurity and information security frameworks.
• Experience in network, application, and malware analysis.
• Proven ability to teach technical topics to diverse audiences.
• Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, OSCP, or Security+ are highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent practical experience.
• Professional demeanor and ability to adapt content to different skill levels.
