About the role

Join Schneider Electric as a Cybersecurity Cluster Lead and drive the protection of our digital assets across multiple practice domains. You will lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of security solutions that safeguard critical platforms and ensure compliance with data‑privacy regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor digital risk and enforce robust protection against cyber threats, GDPR, and PCI‑DSS requirements.
• Design, deploy, and manage security solutions for crown‑jewel assets, including vulnerability assessments and remediation.
• Handle security incidents, lead process improvements, and maintain KPIs for security tools.
• Develop and deliver end‑user security awareness programs and communicate policies.
• Analyze system access logs, conduct vulnerability scanning, and maintain disaster‑recovery plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in securing operating systems, networks, and databases.
• Strong background in vulnerability management, intrusion detection, and risk assessment.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct security audits and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent incident‑response capabilities and security program management.
• Effective communication skills for translating complex security concepts to diverse stakeholders.
