Cybersecurity IAM/IDAM Manager

About the role

PwC’s cybersecurity team protects organisations from evolving cyber threats by designing and implementing advanced security solutions. As a Cybersecurity IAM/IDAM Manager you will lead the delivery of identity and access management services, ensure the security of client data, and drive innovation across the practice.

Key responsibilities

• Identify vulnerabilities and develop secure systems to safeguard client information.
• Design and implement IAM/IDAM solutions that align with business requirements and regulatory standards.
• Coach, mentor and manage a team of security professionals to achieve high‑quality delivery.
• Own project planning, budgeting, execution and successful completion of engagements.

• Strong analytical ability to understand complex system interactions.
• Proven experience leading projects and collaborating with senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and conflict‑resolution skills for client and team interactions.
