Cybersecurity Identity & Access Management Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a seasoned manager to lead its Cybersecurity Identity and Access Management (IAM) practice within the ETIC hub in Cairo. The role involves delivering end‑to‑end security solutions, guiding client engagements, and mentoring a multidisciplinary team to protect critical data and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead IAM projects from planning and budgeting through execution and delivery, ensuring quality, timelines and client satisfaction.
• Analyse complex IT environments to identify inter‑dependencies, vulnerabilities and security gaps.
• Partner with senior leadership to develop and implement cybersecurity frameworks, policies and strategies for diverse clients.
• Coach, mentor and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
• Manage stakeholder communications, address conflicts, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Uphold PwC’s professional standards, code of conduct and independence requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum several years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on identity and access management.
• Proven track record of managing large‑scale security projects and delivering client‑focused outcomes.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills, able to motivate and develop diverse teams.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
