D2D E2E Coordinator

About the role

The D2D E2E Coordinator supports Marketing teams by managing the end‑to‑end flow of packaging‑related visual communications, from label information to final assets for print and e‑Commerce. The role ensures flawless execution of the Design‑to‑Delivery process within the Idea‑to‑Launch framework for assigned brands.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full project lifecycle of D2D initiatives, including initiation, team/agency assignment, template usage, and time planning.
• Maintain 100% utilization of the D2D workflow to guarantee accurate, on‑time delivery.
• Facilitate communication between Brand Teams, Agency Partners, and IMS Design Services to align deliverables and timelines.
• Manage Label Info Specification and SAP Labelling Records, ensuring compliance with Nestlé guidelines and market regulations.
• Maintain and update all D2D and label‑info templates, and support digital archiving of packaging assets in the Nestlé ContentHub.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of agency or in‑house experience managing packaging design or artwork projects from concept to printer.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong visual, written, and oral communication abilities.
• Understanding of print production, colour management, and digital file formats for packaging.
