Data Analyst – Business Insights & Visualization

About the role

Nawy Proptech is looking for a motivated Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across the organization. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs and deliver clear, data‑driven stories.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with various departments to gather requirements and address data challenges.
• Prioritize business needs and deliver analyses that have high impact.
• Develop, maintain and present dashboards, reports and visualizations to track key performance metrics.
• Perform advanced data analysis, identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
• Deliver ad‑hoc analyses to support management decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical mindset, problem‑solving abilities and clear communication skills.
• Highly detail‑oriented with a passion for analytics and data visualization.

Required skills

• Advanced SQL – writing complex queries and optimizing performance.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker or PowerBI.
• Understanding of statistical concepts and data modeling.
• Familiarity with data warehouse development.
