Data Analytics Senior Associate (ETIC)

About the role

PwC’s Data and Analytics team is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to design and develop innovative technical solutions in the people domain. You will leverage advanced analytics techniques to help clients optimise operations and achieve strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement data and analytics solutions that meet business needs.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Apply machine learning, AI, and generative models to solve complex business problems.
• Perform data interrogation and transformation using SQL and Python.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with internal standards.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with Alteryx and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills in English.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and support global clients.
