Data & Analytics Senior Associate

About the role

At PwC, the Data & Analytics Senior Associate works within the Advisory line of service, helping clients turn large data sets into actionable insights. The role focuses on designing and delivering technical solutions that support business performance across the people domain.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement data and analytics solutions aligned with client business needs.
• Create and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Apply machine-learning, AI and generative models to solve complex business problems.
• Perform data interrogation, transformation and modelling using SQL and Python.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• Ensure data quality, governance and compliance with internal standards.
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Alteryx and Power BI.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and written/verbal communication skills in English.
• Flexibility to work across time zones and support global clients.
