Data Engineer Manager – Advisory Services

About the role

PwC is seeking a Data Engineer Manager to lead the design and delivery of robust data solutions for our advisory clients. In this role you will shape data infrastructure, guide a team of engineers, and translate raw data into actionable insights that drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and integration platforms.
• Lead a team of data engineers, providing coaching, performance management and technical guidance.
• Partner with project leadership to ensure quality, timelines and deliverables are met.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and automation across data workflows.
• Manage project budgets, planning and execution from inception to completion.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in data and analytics, with a proven track record in data engineering.
• Strong leadership skills, able to mentor, motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
