Data Engineer – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

OPSERA is seeking a remote Data Engineer to join its technology consultancy team. In this full‑time position you will design, build and optimise data pipelines and warehouses that support analytics across multiple cloud platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and optimise robust, scalable data pipelines.
• Create and maintain logical and physical data models for complex datasets.
• Develop, schedule and monitor ETL processes using appropriate tools.
• Apply data‑warehousing principles to build and manage data warehouses.
• Ensure data integrity, quality and security throughout the processing lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to enable data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in data engineering, including pipeline development and data modelling.
• Strong understanding of ETL processes and data‑warehousing architecture.
• Ability to derive insights through data analytics and support business decisions.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication and teamwork skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field.
