Data Entry Executive – Juniper Experience

About the role

We are looking for a Data Entry Executive to join a leading travel and tourism company in Mohandessin, Giza. The role focuses on managing hotel contracts, ensuring accurate rate and availability data, and supporting the data entry team.

Key responsibilities

• Review and activate static and dynamic hotel contracts.
• Maintain accurate hotel rates, pricing, room allocations and availability.
• Verify hotel data and conduct regular quality audits.
• Coordinate with contracting teams, hotels and channel managers.
• Monitor contract activation timelines and resolve uploading issues.
• Review promotional offers and negotiator reports.
• Lead, support and monitor the performance of the data entry team.
• Train team members and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in data entry, hotel contracting, travel operations or a similar role.
• Juniper experience is mandatory.

Required skills

• Juniper (hotel contracting platform) proficiency.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel.
