Data Entry Executive – Juniper Experience

About the role

The Data Entry Executive will support a reputable travel agency by managing hotel contract data and ensuring accurate rate and availability information across distribution channels. The role requires strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and proficiency with Juniper and advanced Excel tools.

Key responsibilities

• Review, activate, and maintain static and dynamic hotel contracts.
• Ensure accurate hotel rates, pricing, room allocations and availability in the system.
• Conduct regular data quality audits and verify hotel information.
• Coordinate with contracting teams, hotels and channel managers to resolve issues.
• Monitor contract activation timelines and handle uploading problems.
• Review promotional offers and negotiator reports.
• Lead, train and monitor the performance of the data entry team, ensuring compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality Management, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in data entry, hotel contracting, travel operations or a similar role, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
• Very good command of English.
• Demonstrated experience with Juniper.
• Strong knowledge of hotel contracting, static and dynamic rate plans, and channel management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Analytical, organizational and leadership abilities.
