Data Entry Executive – Juniper Experience Required

About the role

EgyBell is seeking a Data Entry Executive to support a leading travel and tourism company. The role focuses on managing hotel contracts, ensuring data accuracy, and leading a small data‑entry team.

Key responsibilities

• Review and activate static and dynamic hotel contracts.
• Maintain accurate hotel rates, pricing, room allocations, and availability.
• Verify hotel data and conduct regular quality audits.
• Coordinate with contracting teams, hotels, and channel managers.
• Monitor contract activation to meet required timelines.
• Handle uploading issues and follow up on system updates.
• Review promotional offers and negotiator reports.
• Lead, support, and monitor the performance of the data entry team.
• Train team members and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Hospitality, Information Systems or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in data entry, hotel contracting, travel operations or a similar role.
• Juniper experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of hotel contracting, static and dynamic contracts, rate plans and channel management.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational and leadership abilities.
• Very good command of English.
