Delta Sales – HVAC Market Development & Account Management

About the role

AuX is seeking a dynamic Delta Sales professional to drive growth in the Egyptian HVAC market. You will combine market analysis, territory management, and technical coordination to expand the customer base and increase market share.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and construction projects across Egypt to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage assigned territories, building strong relationships with contractors, consultants, distributors, dealers, and end‑users.
• Provide exceptional customer service, understand client requirements, and deliver timely HVAC solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to support product selection and ensure successful project execution.
• Identify new market segments, strategic partnerships, and channel opportunities to strengthen AuX’s position.
• Prepare regular sales reports, customer insights, and market feedback for management.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of proven HVAC sales experience in Egypt with a track record of exceeding targets.
• Strong knowledge of air‑conditioning systems and the local distribution landscape.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented with a focus on business development.
• Valid Egyptian driver’s license and willingness to travel across assigned territories.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related field (preferred).
