Deployment Engineer

About the role

The Deployment Engineer leads end‑to‑end implementation of new telecom sites and network expansions. This hands‑on field role combines equipment installation, integration and on‑site quality validation across multiple radio technologies while coordinating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage implementation schedules for new sites and expansion projects in line with monthly and annual targets.
• Install, integrate and activate BTS, NodeB, eNodeB and gNodeB equipment across TDD, FDD and 5G technologies.
• Deliver implementations in multi‑vendor RAN environments.
• Validate on‑site quality and ensure successful handover to operations.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience in telecom RAN/BTS field deployment, rollout or site implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Comfortable working on‑site and coordinating with internal stakeholders and vendor teams.

Required skills

• Installation and integration of BTS/NodeB/eNodeB/gNodeB equipment.
• Knowledge of TDD, FDD and 5G radio technologies.
• Experience with multi‑vendor RAN environment implementations.
• Understanding of radio and transmission network rollout processes.
