Design Management Architect

About the role

Envision Employment Solutions is recruiting a Design Management Architect for a leading development partner. The role oversees day‑to‑day project activities, ensuring technical performance, schedule adherence, and budget compliance while coordinating internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Development Management and Controls teams during project preparation, scheduling, and specification acquisition.
• Assist in managing outsourced consultants/architects to develop innovative architectural concepts and designs.
• Prepare initial action plans, design schedules, and compile data for consultants from kickoff to completion.
• Produce analysis reports, technical studies, and area breakdowns for projects.
• Draft design management documents such as RFPs, TORs, and component breakdowns.
• Generate periodic design progress reports and support project review processes with external consultants.
• Attend design progress meetings and develop graphic/narrative reports on site and land planning.
• Review design documents received from consultants in AutoCAD or Revit.
• Maintain design plan documents, specifications, schedules, and all project‑related files.
• Mentor junior architects, supporting their skill development and integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in architectural engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a similar role within real estate or construction.
• Strong command of English and excellent presentation abilities.
