DevOps Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced DevOps Lead to design, implement, and continuously improve our cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies. In this hybrid role you will guide the DevOps function, mentor engineering teams, and ensure reliable, scalable, and secure software delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and maintenance of scalable cloud infrastructure across Azure, AWS or GCP.
• Develop and optimise CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD or Azure DevOps.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code with Terraform, CloudFormation or Ansible.
• Manage containerisation and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Ensure high availability, disaster‑recovery readiness and performance monitoring.
• Integrate security (DevSecOps) into the software development lifecycle.
• Lead incident response, root‑cause analysis and post‑mortem reviews.
• Mentor DevOps engineers and promote best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud or Infrastructure Engineering.
• At least 2 years of experience leading DevOps or Platform Engineering teams.
• Strong understanding of Linux administration, networking, security and system architecture.
