About the role
Kashat is seeking a creative Digital Graphic Designer to craft eye‑catching visual concepts for paid advertising and performance‑marketing campaigns. You will translate product positioning and marketing strategies into designs that drive user acquisition and activation.
Key responsibilities
- Convert research, strategy and campaign briefs into striking designs that stand out in busy newsfeeds.
- Collaborate closely with the strategic copywriter to produce final ad content.
- Create master visuals with strong aesthetic and emotional impact that are instantly recognizable as the brand.
- Stay current with art‑direction trends and apply A/B testing to optimise layouts, colors, and text sizes.
- Self‑manage deliverables to meet deadlines while ensuring top‑quality design output.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of digital graphic design experience, preferably in an agency environment.
- Strong communication skills to explain design decisions and incorporate feedback.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects and maintain a high output rate.
- Excellent attention to detail and a compelling portfolio.
Required skills
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects.
- Solid understanding of color theory, design principles, and composition fundamentals.
