Digital Learning Lead

About the role

The Digital Learning Lead will manage and actively participate in creating innovative, interactive e‑learning and digital training solutions that leverage advanced digital, AI and multimedia tools to boost knowledge retention and application.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in strategic planning and budgeting of Learning Estate programs and initiatives.
• Create a comprehensive digital learning framework aligned with the broader curriculum and organizational objectives.
• Develop e‑learning modules, micro‑learning assets and multimedia content using industry‑leading tools.
• Lead the selection, implementation and integration of the LMS and other digital learning tools, collaborating with IT for seamless deployment.
• Utilize AI‑powered tools to deliver adaptive, personalized learning experiences.
• Measure the effectiveness of digital learning interventions using utilization, completion, assessment scores and learner satisfaction metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (highly preferable) and professional certification in instructional design, educational technology or adult education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital learning design or e‑learning development; real‑estate experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and translate complex topics into engaging digital content.
