Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a creative and data‑driven Digital Marketing Executive to develop, execute, and optimise our online marketing initiatives. You will work closely with the creative and sales teams to boost brand awareness and generate qualified leads across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Develop and maintain social media content calendars, posting daily across all channels.
• Monitor, analyse and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite and related tools.
• Optimise website copy for SEO and support link‑building efforts.
• Manage email marketing flows and automation with Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce engaging digital assets.
• Track competitor activity and industry trends to uncover growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular KPI dashboards and performance reports for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Excellent written communication and copy‑writing skills.
