Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Manager to lead online campaigns that boost ZORO MISR’s tourism services. Based on‑site in Qesm El Maadi, you will shape brand visibility, drive customer acquisition and enhance engagement across multiple digital channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise multi‑channel digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage social media accounts, schedule content and interact with audiences.
• Oversee paid advertising efforts, including search and social media ads.
• Coordinate lead‑generation initiatives and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.
• Monitor web analytics, track performance metrics and produce regular reports.
• Collaborate with product, sales and customer support teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Stay updated on digital trends in tourism and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in tourism, travel or e‑commerce.
• Strong written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
