Digital Marketing Manager – Lead Online Strategy

About the role

Uniclean is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute its online strategy, with a strong focus on Instagram and the Saudi market. The role will build brand awareness, generate qualified leads for cleaning and maintenance services, and manage a small marketing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals and the Saudi market.
• Manage Instagram and other social media accounts, creating plans to grow followers and engagement.
• Supervise daily and weekly content creation in coordination with the Graphic Designer.
• Oversee the SEO Specialist, monitor SEO plans and results.
• Coordinate content, design, and SEO to ensure consistent messaging and improved performance.
• Prepare a monthly content calendar covering posts, reels, stories, campaigns, and offers.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google as needed.
• Analyze campaign and content performance, reporting KPIs to management.
• Monitor competitors in the cleaning and maintenance sector in Saudi Arabia and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead the marketing team, assign tasks, and ensure execution quality.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert marketing efforts into qualified sales leads.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
• 3‑5 years of experience managing marketing teams or supervising content, design, and SEO.
• Practical experience in the Saudi market and strong understanding of customer behavior in Saudi Arabia, especially in services.
• Proven track record of growing Instagram followers, increasing engagement, and improving digital performance.
• Ability to analyze KPIs such as reach, engagement, leads, conversion rate, website traffic, and search ranking.
