Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Assets Real Estate is seeking a creative Digital Marketing Specialist to boost the online presence of its premium property portfolio. You will produce engaging visual content, manage paid campaigns, and collaborate with the sales team to generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Shoot high‑quality photos and videos of properties during client showings and site visits.
• Film, edit, and publish short‑form content such as Reels, TikToks, and Shorts.
• Produce multimedia assets for social media, paid advertising, and branding.
• Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns.
• Monitor performance, run tests, and optimize results.
• Design and schedule social media posts across various channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote featured listings.
• Create property presentations, promotional videos, and marketing materials.
• Stay updated on social media trends and implement new content ideas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications or related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media management.
• Experience managing Meta Ads Manager campaigns.
• Strong videography and photography abilities.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Understanding of digital marketing, lead generation, and social media algorithms.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work both in the office and on‑site at property locations.
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus.
