Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join Craffo’s remote team. You will help drive traffic, generate leads and support marketing activities for our e‑commerce focused products and services across the GCC market.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, launching and optimizing digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage and monitor paid advertising on Meta and Google platforms.
• Track, analyse and report on campaign performance using Meta Insights and Google Analytics.
• Research market trends and competitor activity in the GCC region.
• Support the creation of simple marketing funnels and improve lead quality.
• Engage with social media and community channels.
• Handle daily marketing tasks and ensure timelines are met.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in digital or online marketing.
• Good understanding of lead generation, traffic growth and marketing funnels.
• Experience running and optimizing paid ads on Meta and Google.
• Basic familiarity with Meta Insights and Google Analytics.
• Strong analytical, reporting and communication skills.
• Creative, strategic thinking and a proactive attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field is a plus, not required.
