Digital Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Digital Marketing Supervisor will lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of multi‑channel digital campaigns for Talent Solutions. Based on‑site in Heliopolis, this role ensures that all digital activities align with the brand and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, search, and display.
• Manage media plans, budgets, and timelines, coordinating resources and deliverables.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and optimise initiatives based on insights.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support lead generation, employer branding, and service promotion.
• Prepare regular performance reports for internal stakeholders.
• Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering skill development.
• Stay up‑to‑date with digital marketing trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret campaign data and track KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
• Proven media planning and digital strategy expertise.
• Project‑management experience to ensure on‑time, high‑quality delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Previous supervisory experience in digital marketing, preferably within consulting or HR services.
