About the role

Lumin Systems seeks a versatile Digital Media Manager to shape and execute the online presence for both the company and a high‑profile public figure. You will craft a cohesive digital voice, drive audience growth, and ensure professional communication across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement digital and social media strategies for the brand and the public figure.
• Maintain a consistent personal brand voice that blends business leadership with community engagement.
• Manage and grow accounts on LinkedIn, Facebook, X (Twitter), TikTok, and Instagram.
• Plan, create, schedule, publish, and optimize posts, Reels, Shorts, videos, and interview content.
• Monitor trends, audience sentiment, and performance metrics to refine content.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure regular publishing.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience managing digital presence for C‑suite executives, public figures, or well‑known brands.
• Proven track record on LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Strong personal‑branding and audience‑growth expertise.
• Professionalism, discretion, and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut.
• Copywriting in both Arabic and English.
• Use of social‑media analytics and reporting tools.
