Digital Product Manager

About the role

The Manager – Digital Product will own MAGRABi’s customer‑facing digital product surface, including the Saleor headless eCommerce platform, MReserve, Akeneo PIM and the Vision Care OS programme. This role translates business strategy into a prioritized roadmap and governs delivery across multiple technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the digital product strategy and roadmap for Saleor, MAGRABi.com, Akeneo PIM, Algolia search, Sanity CMS and Cloudinary DAM.
• Lead the Vision Care OS programme, overseeing vendor evaluation, prescription‑management platform build and AI‑triggered renewal outreach.
• Govern a portfolio of 26 active technology initiatives, managing intake, prioritisation and delivery tracking.
• Partner with commercial, marketing and clinical teams to ensure technology decisions drive commercial outcomes.
• Own MAGRABi’s Salesforce platform as primary product owner, handling CRM development, Marketing Cloud journeys and Service Cloud configuration.
• Manage and develop the Digital Product team, including Vision Care OS Lead, EMR Lead and Omnichannel Lead.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field; Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification strongly preferred.
• 8‑10 years of digital product management experience at retail scale, with at least 2‑5 years in a managerial role.
• Hands‑on experience owning Salesforce as a product (CRM, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud) and headless eCommerce platforms such as Saleor or Commercetools.
• Experience in health‑tech or medical technology product environments and familiarity with GCC/MENA markets.
