About the role

As the Director of Food & Beverage you will lead all F&B operations at the Waldorf Astoria Cairo Heliopolis, shaping the guest experience through high‑quality dining concepts and impeccable service. You will set the strategic direction for the department, ensuring profitability while delivering memorable moments for every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the F&B operational strategy to maximise profit and guest satisfaction.
• Plan, budget, forecast and oversee day‑to‑day administrative and operational functions.
• Implement cost‑control measures for food, beverage and labour while driving revenue through innovative marketing and service enhancements.
• Build and nurture a high‑performing team through performance management, development programmes and recognition.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and alcohol regulations, fostering a culture of wellbeing for guests and staff.
