Director of Learning Strategy – Remote

About the role

2 Hour Learning is seeking a senior academic leader to drive its evidence‑based learning model at scale. You will shape strategy, ensure rigorous execution across multiple school sites, and act as the public face of a movement that accelerates student learning through AI‑driven tutoring and mastery‑based progression.

Key responsibilities

• Develop academic frameworks that translate learning‑science principles into curriculum, motivation, and application design.
• Conduct execution assessments with Heads of Academics to verify alignment, accountability, and outcome delivery.
• Integrate data analysis, stakeholder interviews, and direct observation to identify obstacles and recommend targeted solutions.
• Maintain strategic coherence through planning cycles, feedback mechanisms, and milestone management.
• Represent 2 Hour Learning at senior‑level forums, including keynote presentations and engagements with Ministries of Education.
• Expand and refine the validated academic model, harmonising execution across multiple school sites and raising leadership benchmarks.

Required profile

• Advanced degree (Master’s or Ph.D.) in Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Instructional Design, or a closely related field.
• Proven track record of building and scaling learning systems that deliver measurable student outcomes.
• Strong leadership experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and public audiences.
